While rebuilding physical infrastructure is important, long-term recovery also hinges on rebuilding skills, knowledge, and opportunities.

At Conexium, we focus on strengthening local capacity through education, training, and workforce development. By connecting learners, trainers, employers, institutions and community stakeholders, we help to create practical pathways that support economic participation, entrepreneurship and sustainable local development.

We support regions affected by conflict, displacement and economic transition. We do this by helping individuals develop the skills needed to participate in rebuilding local economies and creating sustainable livelihoods.

Learning opportunities can now reach far beyond the classroom thanks to advanced educational technology. We develop digital and blended learning solutions that boost accessibility, flexibility and long-term scalability.

Conexium Training Centers

Conexium Training Centers (CTCs) are designed to be local hubs for learning, collaboration and economic participation. They provide an environment in which people can access training, develop professional skills, connect with peers and explore new employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Depending on local needs, a CTC may offer a combination of classroom training, digital learning environments, workspace facilities, coaching programmes, language training, career support and partnerships with employers or educational institutions. Each centre is intended to be locally anchored while benefiting from international expertise, digital resources and a broader network of partners.

At Conexium, we work in regions where workforce development, education and economic recovery are closely connected. Our approach is particularly relevant in areas undergoing reconstruction, experiencing demographic change or displacement, or undergoing broader economic transition.

Current discussions and exploratory activities focus primarily on Syria and Iraq. In the future, Conexium may expand to other post-conflict and transition regions, investing in local skills, workforce readiness and educational infrastructure to promote long-term stability and economic resilience.
