About us

Our Mission

Lasting recovery begins with education, skills, and opportunity.

At Conexium, our mission is to help people regain access to economic participation through education, skills development, and local opportunity creation.

In many regions affected by conflict, displacement, and economic disruption, millions of people possess the motivation, resilience, and potential to rebuild their lives, yet lack access to the learning opportunities, professional networks, and support structures needed to do so. We believe that sustainable recovery begins when people are empowered to contribute to their local economy, support their families, and shape their own future.

Through locally anchored learning initiatives, workforce development programmes, and strong partnerships, Conexium seeks to create pathways that connect education with opportunity. Our focus is particularly on communities affected by displacement, including refugees, returnees, and internally displaced persons, while also supporting the broader economic recovery of the regions in which they live.

We believe that lasting change is achieved not through dependency, but through participation. By investing in skills, entrepreneurship, and local capacity, we aim to help create the conditions in which individuals, communities, and economies can thrive again.

The Conexium Network

Our international foundations for local partnerships

Conexium is an initiative of JTC Group Services & Holding Ltd based in London, United Kingdom. Through the JTC Education & Global Mobility network, we combine expertise in education, training, certification, digital learning, and workforce development to support local partners in building sustainable opportunities.

Conexium is a programme and brand developed by JTC Group Services & Holding Ltd. While Conexium itself is a new initiative, it builds upon more than 17 years of experience, expertise, and international reach within the wider JTC Education & Global Mobility network.

Together, the organisations and brands within the network contribute complementary capabilities that support the Conexium vision. By combining educational expertise, programme implementation, trainer development, digital learning, certification pathways, and international partnerships, we are able to support local stakeholders in creating sustainable learning and workforce development initiatives.

Today, the network operates from London, Berlin, Dubai, and Tallinn and is actively developing partnerships in Syria, Iraq, and other regions where education, workforce development, and economic participation can contribute to long-term recovery and resilience.

Our Approach

Empowering people through learning, partnership, and opportunity.

We combine education, entrepreneurship, local ownership, and practical action to create sustainable pathways towards economic participation and community resilience.

At Conexium, we believe that education is not simply a response to crisis but a foundation for recovery and long-term development. Lifelong learning, skills development, and continued professional growth enable individuals and communities to adapt, rebuild, and create new opportunities in changing environments.

We take an entrepreneurial approach to development: Rather than focusing on dependency, we focus on opportunity. We believe that people possess talent, resilience, and ambition. Our role is not to define their future, but to help create the conditions in which they can shape it themselves.

This philosophy is particularly important when working with displaced communities. Refugees, returnees, and internally displaced persons are not passive recipients of assistance. They are learners, professionals, entrepreneurs, workers, parents, and future community leaders. We view them as active participants in rebuilding their lives and contributing to the economic development of their communities.

Local ownership is central to our approach. Lasting impact can only be achieved when solutions are rooted in local realities and supported by local leadership. Through partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, investors, and community stakeholders, we aim to create structures that remain valuable long after their initial establishment.

Many of our initiatives contribute directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). While these frameworks provide useful guidance, our primary focus remains practical implementation and measurable local impact.

Our Values

Agency and Empowerment

People are participants in change, not passive recipients of support.

We recognise the talents, resilience, and ambitions of the people we serve and seek to create opportunities that allow them to shape their own future.

Whether working with refugees, returnees, internally displaced persons, or local communities, we reject narratives of dependency. We believe people possess the capacity to rebuild, innovate, and lead when given access to education, opportunity, and supportive environments.

Our role is not to define people's future, but to help create the conditions in which they can realise their own aspirations and contribute to their communities.

Opportunity Through Education

Education opens doors to participation and prosperity.

Learning is not an end in itself. It is a pathway towards employment, entrepreneurship, economic participation, and personal growth.

We view education as one of the most powerful tools for rebuilding lives and strengthening communities. By developing skills, knowledge, and confidence, individuals gain greater opportunities to contribute to their families, communities, and local economies.

Our focus extends beyond qualifications alone. We seek to connect learning with practical opportunities that support long-term economic participation and resilience.

Local Ownership

Communities are strongest when they shape their own future.

We believe lasting impact can only be achieved when local people, organisations, and institutions take ownership of development and opportunity creation.

Conexium seeks to support, not replace, local leadership. We believe sustainable learning and workforce development initiatives must reflect local realities, priorities, and ambitions.

Our role is to contribute expertise, resources, and support while ensuring that local stakeholders remain at the centre of decision-making.

Partnership and Collaboration

Complex challenges require shared solutions.

We believe meaningful progress is achieved when organisations, businesses, educational institutions, investors, and communities work together.

Conexium is built on partnerships. By bringing together complementary expertise, resources, and perspectives, we can create stronger and more sustainable solutions than any organisation could achieve alone.

We actively seek collaboration across sectors and borders, recognising that lasting impact is created through shared commitment and collective action.

Sustainability Through Entrepreneurship

Long-term impact requires sustainable structures.

We favour approaches that create lasting value, strengthen local economies, and reduce dependence on external support.

Our initiatives are guided by an entrepreneurial mindset. We seek practical solutions that can continue delivering benefits long after their initial establishment.

Sustainable development is not only about funding projects; it is about creating structures that enable communities to thrive independently and generate opportunities for future generations.

Resilience and Recovery

Recovery is not a return to the past, but the creation of new opportunities.

We believe that individuals and communities can emerge stronger from disruption when they have access to education, skills, networks, and economic opportunities.

Many of the regions in which Conexium seeks to operate have experienced conflict, displacement, economic disruption, or social change. While these challenges can have lasting consequences, they also create opportunities to build more resilient communities and stronger local economies.

Through education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and partnership, we aim to support people in rebuilding their lives, strengthening their communities, and creating sustainable pathways towards long-term prosperity.
